Due to COVID-19 situation, we are facilitating our participants with virtual presentation. Faculty member’s registration fee will be 200 USD and student’s fee will be 100 USD. Their papers will be considered for free of cost publication in Google Scholar Indexed Journals.

About FEAST

Forum for Engineering, Applied Sciences & Technology (FEAST) is established to discuss the issues of interdisciplinary field collaboration with engineering, technology and applied sciences trends. We invite the scholars /scientists / engineers/ researchers / practitioners / students to join with us and share the new innovative trends in their respective field. This common platform is expected to provide the bases for joint venture among different fields to serve the society in a better way.

To Submit a Paper

Read through the track calls below and select the track which is closest to the topic of your paper. If you cannot decide that which track is suitable for your research topic, you can email the corresponding person with your title and a draft of your manuscript, for advice on sic@forum-east.com
Authors must submit papers electronically through the conference system by using online submission form or you can send it via email on conference respective email.
All submitted abstracts/ papers / posters will go through a blind peer review process and accepted manuscripts will be published in conference proceedings.

Invitation for Reviewers & Session Chairs

Voluntary participation as a reviewer and session chair will be acknowledged through a certificate by FEAST committee.

Registration Details

Registration fee is non-refundable and it includes charges for conference participation only. Arrangements and costs of visa, travelling and accommodation are not the responsibility of the organization; they will be borne by the individual author. We must receive the full registration fee. Transaction cost will be borne by the authors.
Please clearly mention the paper ID on payment invoice and email the scanned copy to coordinator.

Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

You have to just bring your presentation in a PowerPoint format (we encourage short video files which would make presentation interesting). Each presenter will get a maximum of 15 minutes for presentation, which includes set-up time and 2-3 minutes of Q & A session.

Poster Presentation

All you have to do is to make a poster on soft copy/ hard copy (Ideally 2 feet x 3 feet). We would project the soft copy on the LCD projector for 5-10 minutes. If the author brings the printed poster, we would be attaching it to the display board/ display wall. The poster may be explained to the participants by the presenter.

Virtual Presentation

Those whose abstracts are accepted and they cannot attend the conference, are allowed to make a Skype presentation or share a video presentation. Your abstract will be included in the proceedings and your full paper will be considered for publication.

Listener/ Audience Member

You are more than welcome to participate in our conference as an audience member. Please send us an email in advance and please make sure to pay the registration fee in advance.
